INGREDIENTS


1 cup corn
Pinch of haldi
Salt to taste
1 onion, chopped
2 green chillies, sliced
Few mint leaves, chopped
Few coriander leaves, chopped
1/2 + teaspoon chaat masala
teaspoon red chilli powder
1 lemon

DIRECTIONS


1. Bring corn, salt, turmeric (haldi) and water to boil. Cook for 2-3 minutes till corn is soft and drain.
2. Put the drained corn in a bowl. Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, chopped onion, green chilies, salt, red chili powder, lemon juice and teaspoon chaat masala.
3. Sprinkle with remaining chaat masala and serve.
